I created this blog for the benefit of all Tibetan Buddhists and anyone who wants to learn about the Dharma to get on the path of awakening and practice diligently for the benefit of all sentient beings. All the teachings gathered here are basic principles, practices, mantras or philosophies to help us toward liberation. I hope they will be of service to many. Katia OmAhHung
“May I become at all times, both now and forever: a protector for those without protection; a guide for those who have lost their way; a ship for those with oceans to cross; a bridge for those with rivers to cross; a sanctuary for those in danger; a lamp for those without light; a place of refuge for those who lack shelter; and a servant to all in need.” Shantideva
I also invite you to discover Lama Tulku Tsori Rinpoche, who has been my guide and source of understanding, patience and compassion for many years. Many blessings to my beloved Lama who is doing so many activities worldwide to benefit sentient beings. He is the head of YTDR. Many years ago, I created Act 4 Tibet, (ACT – Assist the Children of Tibet) a charity that is part of Yogi Tsori Dechen Rinpoche Corporation. It is a sponsorship program to help support the young Tibetan monks who live under the care of Lama Tulku Tsori Rinpoche in a Tibetan Refugee Camp in Mainpat, India. The sponsors provide support for the children to eat, dress, study and receive medical care on a daily basis through their kindness and generosity. Without them, none of this would be possible. You will find here some information about the program. It is a very important gesture to safeguard the tradition and lineage of Tibetan Buddhism alive.
You will also discover some amazing Tibetan teachers throughout the blog, whose explanation of the Dharma is priceless.
Blessings to all sentient beings throughout space.
