ACT 4 TIBET – Om Ah Hung – Tibetan Buddhist Dharma Practice

Om Ah Hung. Welcome to Act 4 Tibet. I created this blog for the benefit of all Tibetan Buddhists and anyone who wants to learn about the Dharma. May the teachings help us on the path of awakening and teach us how to practice diligently for the benefit of all sentient beings.

Let us learn skills to control our minds, remain calm, and practice patience, kindness and compassion toward all sentient beings.

All the teachings gathered here are basic principles, practices, mantras or philosophies to help us toward liberation. I hope they will be of service to many.
